EQUALITY AND THE FIGHT AGAINST GBV
- Fight without any compromise against all discrimination forms.
- Keep improving and promoting the DALIDA system, while training everyone to identify discrimination and to guide victims toward appropriate and tailored support for their needs.
- Strengthen the fight against SGBV for PhD students through a full day of in-person training session, made accessible across every single campus.
- Mandate an independent association to support victims alongside the existing DALIDA system and process.
- Guarantee each doctoral student an independent mentoring scheme, harmonized across the entire University.
- Establish a charter for festive events ensuring they run smoothly and continue to promote prevention measures and tools during these very same social student gatherings.
HOUSING AND RESTORATION
- Defend the growth of an affordable, adapted and decent housing offer for all university students.
- Demand transparency on the criteria for awarding CROUS student housings.
- Develop an accessible and varied catering offer across all campuses, with a full redistribution of unsold food items.
- Create spaces to eat one's own meal, especially near the various laboratories for all doctoral students.
STUDENT LIFE
- Continue the CVEC management reform by allowing associations to present and defend their projects more directly.
- Promote associative events across all components, different institutions and various universities.
- Continue to set up student life areas where they are lacking on campuses, while favoring self-management.
- Support an app centralizing tools, info, university communication and useful services for all our students.
- Establish partnerships with legal defense associations to provide help to university students.
SUCCESS, PEDAGOGY AND RESEARCH
- Ensure access to workspaces until 11pm, 7 days a week, with all the necessary equipment and services required.
- Ensure that classrooms and lecture halls are adapted to seating capacities and are properly equipped now.
- Guarantee access for everyone to digital resources (course notes, past papers, keys) in every single subject.
- Finalize the rollout of an elective engagement unit providing ECTS credits across all academic disciplines.
- Demand monthly pay for doctoral students on additional missions and for all short-term contract staff.
- Review PPEI, PPP and environmental SPOC formats with dedicated days for ecology and research activities.
- Review the organization of the academic calendar and university rhythms, especially lunch breaks.
- Secure formal contracts for hourly staff, notably PhD students, to guarantee rights under employee status now.
- Join in developing the alumni network to ease access to student jobs, internships, work-study and employment.
- Defend equity in exams through effective accommodations and success measures guaranteed throughout the degree program.
- Work on the transparency of selection criteria and developing bridges between the University's training tracks.
- Guarantee PhD students, with identical funding and recruitment, fair employment conditions, contracts and remuneration levels.
- Oppose unfair increases in tuition fees for both French and international students across the board.
DEMOCRACY AND REPRESENTING
- Create a student parliament open to all, forming a genuine forum for dialogue and democratic discussion.
- Continue integration efforts between students from component institutions and those within the university.
- Strengthen collaboration with elected members of associate-member universities to defend the common interest, and defend the value of their representation.
- Ensure strong student representation in the new bodies created by the University's future governing statutes.
SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENT
- Refuse any ties with entities involved in serious human rights and environmental damage today.
- Optimize energy resources without harming student life and regulate the university goodies policy.
- Protect and enhance campus natural areas by strengthening awareness through academic training units.
- Guarantee PhD students solid training in ecological issues, with at least one in-person day across every single university campus.
- Improve campus access to ensure reliable, punctual and accessible transportation, both during day and night.
- Develop green mobility through suitable infrastructure and an offer of accessible bikes for everyone.
